Refund policy

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

1. Request your return

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and provide your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.

Once your return has been approved, we will provide you with return instructions and, where applicable, a return postage label.

2. Prepare your parcel

Securely package the item you wish to return. Where possible, please reuse the original packaging.

Items should be returned unworn, unwashed and with their original tags attached.

3. Send your return

Follow the return instructions provided to you and keep your proof of postage until your return has been completed.

For change-of-mind returns, the cost of the return postage label will be deducted from your refund. We will tell you the applicable return postage charge before your return is processed.

If an item is faulty, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us before returning it so that we can arrange an appropriate solution.

4. Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges for a different size, subject to stockavailability. Contact us with your order number and the size you would like to exchange.

If the requested size is unavailable, you may return the item for a refund instead.
